Dear Rhode Island AOTA Colleague:

 

I am writing to encourage you to participate in an opportunity to select the leaders who make decisions impacting on our profession. The 2021 AOTA Elections are currently being held on line (1/6/21-1/27/21).

 

The process is easy. Log in on the AOTA website and click “Vote Now”. There are resources available there if you want to research the candidates prior to casting your ballot.

 

There are several local women, from Rhode Island and Massachusetts, running for offices within AOTA.

 

I am currently representing RI on an ad hoc committee of 12 state presidents to review the Affiliation Agreement between the States and AOTA and am seeing first hand the voice and visibility this participation gives to our state and region.
